Priority Areas: Environment
The Frankel Family Foundation is deeply concerned about the changing climate conditions on our planet and the developed world’s dependence on fossil fuel as an energy source. The FFF believes we are at a critical juncture in this impending crisis. We also feel that the United States can and should take a leadership role in the movement to decrease global carbon emissions. With this goal in mind we wish to fund organizations who are taking a leadership role in grassroots organizing and advocacy to change government funding and policy in favor of sustainable energy and decreasing carbon emissions on a large scale.
